The hotel was close to the beach and not too far from Bcm Magaluf. the rooms were very good sized and well laid out with a good-sized fridge, like the jacuzzi. - the breakfast was large and inclusive with omelettes and pancakes, for instance, and the restaurant's offer was outstanding.

Very clean hotel. We had a huge balcony. Venue was situated walking distance to Katmandu Park. The Grillhouse, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

Everything in this hotel is just right. We have travelled a lot but this hotel has exceeded our expectations. . The food is absolutely fantastic. Quality, choice, it is always filled up, never experienced that something was nt refilled. I've never eaten so well in a hotel buffet. The staff is extremely friendly. . Also the pool area etc with the couches is great. For children, the hotel is a dream. . . I've never written a review before, but with this hotel it is so easy

The hotel has completely exceeded expectations. For 6 days we were there with two people. The rooms are very large, bright and clean. The staff is very nice and the food is varied and very fresh. Only to recommend. But what one must know is that the hotel is gladly booked by families. Accordingly, there are many children on site.

The room we were upgraded to was spacious and modern, with a kitchenette and a kettle. the location is wonderful, away from the entertainment options. - There is a convenient Diabolo Pizza nearby, perfect for quick meals.

Great family hotel. We stayed self catering which was excellent as the hotel have a shop which sells freshly made croissants and rolls daily which was great for breakfast and lunch. The hotel is so close to all the restaurants for your evening meal. The hotel has entertainment at night and also kids entertainment so it was great for after dinner. Great family hotel for an out of season holiday as you are near the beach, restaurants, hire bikes and good transportation as you can get a bus into Palma.

As we went in October, the outdoor pool and childrens pool was not heated but you can use the indoor pool which is heated a bit. The hotel does not provide wifi in your room, it is free at reception but due to the wind in Majorca the wifi sometimes does not connect.

Well-organized hotel with especially helpful stuff who is on his night shift, everything was very good. Well laid out and beautifully maintained room and a luxury bathroom. Lots of fabulous items for full English breakfast. Perfect and nice location close to beach and katmandu, shops, bars, restaurants and beach and restaurant and cleaners in a fantastic area.

breakfast very good. kids facilities very good eg. kids pool, soccer pitch. playground. night entertainment.

bedroom very small, we had to squeeze the babys cot in. had to put our 3 year old on couch bed which was very narrow. he fell out of therefore had to sleep in our bed for the week.very disappointed with that.
